General Process In Depth

1. You return your used cartridges via one of the three aforementioned methods.

2. Cartridges are shipped to Canon Bretagne for disassembly, sorting and cleaning.

3. All parts are subject to strict quality inspections.

4. Parts which meet these high standards are used in new cartridges.

5. Plastic parts failing to meet the regulations are granulated, remoulded and used for the production of new parts.

6. Aluminium parts are recycled into other products.

7. Toner is used as an energy source.

8. New cartridges are produced from new and reconditioned parts and materials and are subjected to a rigorous inspection program before being allowed onto the market.

9. Users purchase new cartridges which contain reconditioned components. These cartridges contain the same guarantees of quality and durability as that of a brand new cartridge.
