Refreshed Canon Kids’ Zone

Alongside the WWF-Canon Polar Bear Tracking Programme, our partnership with WWF also extends to the newly refreshed Canon Kids’ Zone microsite.

Re-launched this year, the microsite hosts new content in the form of eight interactive games and new downloadable educational packs which teach 7 to 11 year olds across Europe about the environmental threats faced by the polar bear.

The games include information on their habitat and how the region continues to be affected by global warming caused by the excessive consumption of natural resources. 

The educational packs contain printable worksheets, lesson plans and fact sheets for teachers to use directly in the classroom.

The Canon Kids' Zone helps children to understand how saving power at home and becoming more energy efficient can help save the polar bear from extinction.
