| The Casa di Teddy programme provides housing for parents whose children are receiving medical treatment in Italy, often for long periods of time. Families from Albania, Iraq and Lebanon are among the many who have been assisted through the program, which can welcome up to 1,300 children and their families every year. The programme is vital in helping children stay close to their parents at what can be a traumatic time. |

By helping to raise awareness on how HIV is transmitted, the preventative measures and treatments available the campaign helps to dispel the fear, ignorance and prejudice that young people living with the conditions face. |

| The Responsible Person is a volunteer-run project based in the Swedish city of Malmo. It educates 10 to 19 year olds from across southern Sweden on human rights law and how to recognise when they are being infringed. The project also teaches the importance of respecting others to help increase social harmony between communities. |

| The Youth Fund project uses social activities to teach vulnerable young people the importance of respecting others and good moral values. The programme currently works with over 300 young people throughout Switzerland and aims to instill a sense of responsibility as young citizens. |
