plans, creates an effective planning system that assists other colleagues. - Takes responsibility for reaching targets, sometimes under challenging circumstances.

contribute to a discussion and listen to others? How helpful are they to you and your business
area? - Shows positive or inspiring behaviour in meetings and discussions (in your team and with
customers): a good listener, does not try to take-over someone else’s meeting or ideas or
