Could you be a member of Canon's Customer Service Team?


The Customer Service and Service Technician teams at Canon offer seamless customer service to our business customers and are based both at Head Office in Reigate, Surrey and out in the field.

Customer Service employees are responsible for ensuring that they understand the needs of the customer over the telephone, can diagnose every problem that comes through to them and know what needs to done to resolve it. It is a fast and challenging environment, where no call is the same.

When on site with the client, our Service Technicians need to operate in exactly in the same way as our Customer Service representatives but they are, of course, face to face with our business customers and need to use their technical skills to resolve any technical issues.

Canon seeks specialists in their field of customer service whether you are a customer services representative or a service technician.  You will need to be able to provide proven evidence of both your range of experience and the level of competency to which you have been performing.  That way, we can assess whether you are the right match for the role we are recruiting. 

At Canon, all employees are measured on specific key performance indicators which are a mix of goals and behaviours that we expect our service professionals to demonstrate.  Full product training is given in these roles, but we seek those who really want to excel in customer service.

As a Canon Service Technician, you will have an excellent opportunity to work with Canon's award winning products and a fully supporting Canon team to ensure your service delivery is maintained every time you are assigned a client visit.
