Replacing the MF3220 – Canon’s best selling laser MFP - the i-SENSYS MF4010 offers print, copy and scan functionality in a significantly smaller body than its predecessor. Document print speeds of 20ppm and an improved First Copy Out Time of less than 9 seconds make the i-SENSYS MF4010 an ideal solution for busy home or small offices.

The i-SENSYS MF4010 will be available from November 2007 priced at £160.16 / €236.95 RRP inc. VAT.

Benefiting users who need to quickly print or copy short documents, the i-SENSYS MF4010 is ready to use within 9 seconds of power-on. This responsiveness is complemented by an impressive print speed of 20ppm to meet the demands of longer jobs. Key to the i-SENSYS MF4010’s performance is Canon’s On-Demand Fixing Technology, which also contributes to a 75% reduction in power consumption compared with conventional laser printers. Print processing speed is further enhanced through UFRII LT (Ultra Fast Rendering), Canon’s host based driver technology.

Rapid, high quality copies
The i-SENSYS MF4010 inherits the fruits of Canon’s heritage in copier technology to deliver high quality results with sharp text, smooth halftones and fine detail in photos and graphics. The combination of Canon’s high speed processing technologies and an efficient scanner enables the i-SENSYS MF4010 to achieve one of the fastest First Copy Out Times in its class.

Colour Scanning
The i-SENSYS MF4010 includes a full colour scanner capable of scanning at 9600x9600dpi (enhanced). Documents can be scanned directly to PDF for easy sorting and searching with the supplied MF Toolbox software. Saving scanned images or scanning to email or software applications can also be performed with a few simple clicks.

Compact and easy
Sporting a stylish, contemporary design, the i-SENSYS MF4010 is significantly smaller than the MF3220. Compact enough to fit neatly on a desktop, it’s ideal for home offices or other work areas where space is at a premium. To ensure consistently reliable performance while keeping maintenance to a minimum, the i-SENSYS MF4010 uses an All-in-One Cartridge. Toner, drum and cleaning elements are incorporated in an easily replaceable unit, so that the printer mechanism is practically renewed with each cartridge change. In addition, Authentic Canon Laser Cartridges are fully recyclable.
