Prior to that date, she had held a number of positions within Canon, starting as a Management Trainer in 1996, followed by a variety of management roles within HR, including training teams’ manager and HR Operations manager. In her role, Caroline is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including learning and development, employee relations, reward, resourcing plus HR administration and payroll. She leads an HR team of seventeen to support the business in people management issues from Board to operational level. Caroline also manages a team of HR business partners and support staff, to ensure best practice for the company. Caroline is a business graduate from the University of Glamorgan, with a Masters in human resource management from Middlesex University. A keen walker in her spare time, Caroline is a vegetarian whose idea of heaven is to be in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
