Quick Start lets you power up the camcorder in around a second. When you stop recording, set the camcorder to Standby mode with a push of the Quick Start button: return to Camera mode with one more push and be ready to shoot in an instant. Quick Start is a great way to save battery power when you’re at an event that is full of surprises – perhaps a sports day or a football match.
