  • 38-85mm f/4.2-8.7 zoom lens with aspherical elements
  • Active 3-point AiAF system
  • Focusing range: 0.6m to infinityReal Time Release mode

For the moments you can't afford to miss - quality and affordability combined

Easy-to-use Zoom
With a range of 38 to 85mm, the Sure Shot 85 Zoom is the ideal camera to capture all those shots, from wide-angle landscapes to close-up portraits. The zoom buttons are on the front of the camera, where your fingers fall naturally, making it easy to use.

Intelligent Autofocus
With its highly accurate 3-point AiAF (Artificial intelligence Autofocusing) system, you can be sure that your photos will always be razor sharp, even if the subject isn’t in the centre of the frame.

Five flash modes
The simple to operate mode dial has five flash modes including two automatic modes where the camera senses the light level and fires the flash accordingly. In using red-eye reduction, the flash pre-fires a second or so before the flash exposure, causing the subject’s pupils to contract, thus greatly reducing the red-eye effect. Forced Flash mode allows you to use the flash even in bright light conditions, especially useful when your subject is illuminated from behind. With Slow Synchro mode for improved night-time exposures, you can be sure of optimum exposure, whatever the conditions.
