High productivity
The Fax-L1000 has a highly durable, high-speed print engine and a long-lasting FX6 toner cartridge that will yield up to 8500 printed A4 pages. The large 50-sheet automatic document feeder handles high volume faxing with ease. In addition, the fax can be stocked with up to 1100 sheets, split between two 500-sheet front-loading cassettes plus a 100-sheet multipurpose paper tray. The large standard memory of 192 pages is upgradeable to 704 pages.

High speed faxing
The L1000 contains a high-power Super G3 modem, which transmits a page in just three seconds (33.6 Kbps). Received documents are printed out at 16 pages per minute. Costs and operator waiting times are kept to a minimum. 72 one-touch and 128 coded dials make fast and easy automatic dialling possible. Group dialling sends the same document to up to 199 destinations at the touch of a button. Documents to be sent are scanned at the rate of 30 pages per minute and transmission begins the instant the first page is scanned. The L1000’s dual-access option lets you perform different functions simultaneously.

Excellent image quality
Canon’s high quality laser print engine provides flexible print options of 300 x 300 dpi up to 1200 x 1200 dpi for high quality definition. Incoming faxes are received at 600 x 600 dpi for crisp, readable and professional looking messages. Canon’s ultra high quality processing differentiates between 64 shades of grey.

Expandability
Upgrade the Fax-L1000 to suit your office needs. Canon offers a range of kits that cover everything from high speed ISDN and network connectivity to memory expansion and additional paper storage. Connect the L1000 to a PC for local printing or attach it to the office network and allow a number of users to print at 16 pages per minute.
