Impressive print speeds
The Bubble Jet i550 can print out up to 18 pages per minute monochrome and 11 pages per minute in colour. Relay-paper feeding makes the process ultra-efficient by feeding the next sheet as the previous one is ejected. New DC motors ensure that printing is quiet as well as fast, while the unique, independent four-motor system increases the reliability and speed of the print output.

MicroFine Droplet Technology
The Bubble Jet i550 is equipped with a high-resolution 1200dpi print head that can eject 12 million droplets of ink per second. Its 4800 x 1200 dpi printing capability, combined with advanced MicroFine Droplet Technology, ensures crisp, high-contrast prints and a broad colour range, even on plain paper.

Convenience and cost-efficiency are assured thanks to Canon’s innovative Single Ink technology, while powerful digital imaging functions, including Photo Noise Reduction, Photo Optimizer PRO, Vivid Photo and Easy-PhotoPrint, complete the package and give professional looking results.

Connect to your PC
The USB and parallel interfaces provide compatibility with Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Mac OS. With the addition of an optional adapter, the Bubble Jet i550 can easily be linked to a network.
