Canon takes professional digital-colour, heavy production printing to new levels of perfection - with exceptional colour quality, reliability, enhanced productivity, expanded versatility and speed.

A complete solution
Intensive, multi-job production print environments such as corporate reprographic departments, in-house print rooms and on-demand printers require total print solutions. The Canon CLC5100 (51ppm) utilises Canon's latest technology enabling you to keep up with the evolving needs of your production-level environment and offer new services to meet expanding customer requirements. This solution also perfectly complements traditional Commercial Printer offerings.
Install the CLC5100 as a networked printing system, by connecting to a Canon colour server, and take maximum advantage of the CLC5100's functionality, i.e. the execution of variable data and variable image printing. Together they seamlessly integrate into all popular platforms & networks, creating a powerful and complete print-on-demand system.

Job versatility
Web connectivity allows easy and effective job management and control via the internet. All jobs submitted can be centrally managed and automated through one single user interface. Jobs can also be processed whilst devices carry on printing, meeting the needs of extreme printing environments, where there's and ongoing need to improve productivity and conserve valuable resources ie. operator time.

Superior colour quality and continuous colour consistency
Canon's Finer Brighter (FB) Toner and advanced charging system bring you smoother gradations, cleaner images and crisper text. AIR (Auto Image Refinement) and Algorithm Screening technologies provide a high 800x400dpi equivalent print resolution with 256 tones. In colour critical environments, comprehensive colour management tools enable you to quickly and easily create accurate colour simulations from one output device to another, across all platforms and applications.

Modular design and flexible finishing
The user-friendliness and modular design of the CLC5100 means that it can be built to meet your exact requirements and its compact design frees up valuable floor space. Professional finishing options include the Staple Sorter Finisher (F2) and the High-Capacity Stacker (B1) for easy transfer to offline finishing equipment.
