Minor adjustments – such as coordinating the fonts and colours, or adding contents pages and headers and footers – are then easy to make before printing the completed document on a Canon device.

We can’t always be face to face to work on a project. iW360 addresses this by making collaborative working a simple reality. 

Electronic cabinets can be set up and all relevant documentation associated with a project saved within. Whenever anyone updates a document, a pop up box notifies you of the change. Since only one person can modify a document at any one time, the most up-to-date version is always maintained.

iW360 also allows you to store documents effectively and in a way that enables words or phrases to be searched for at a later date, ensuring the information you need is always to hand. 

Save time with one-touch button workflows

iW360 lets you transform time-consuming tasks into one-button touch workflows. They’re relatively easy to set up and can include a wide variety of functions such as copy, fax, send via email, or scan to FTP. 

For example, you could create a workflow that scans a critical business report and then sends it to 10 different fax numbers, 30 email addresses, prints 20 copies on your Canon MFP and then stores it within iW360 – all at the touch of a button.
