To apply for your cashback please follow these instructions:

1. The Canon PowerShot G11 promotional box must be purchased before 30th September 2010 and the subsequent purchase(s) must be made before 1st November 2010. The Voucher booklet with its Claim Form(s) will only be available with the Canon PowerShot G11 promotional box.

2. To claim the “Cashback”, participants must post a valid claim by midnight 26th November 2010 to the following address: “Canon PowerShot G11 accessory promotion”, Freepost RRRX-UHCE-RSGT, PWA, 9-12 EASTMAN WAY, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HP2 7DU.

3. A valid claim includes: - The original receipt or valid proof of purchase for the Canon PowerShot G11* - The original receipt or valid proof of purchase for all accessories for which you claim and the corresponding voucher(s) from the voucher booklet* - The fully and correctly completed Claim Form(s)

4. The closing date for posting of Claims is midnight on 26th November 2010.
