Now you can easily incorporate your PIXMA into a wireless or wired network. In close cooperation with Canon, SILEX TECHNOLOGY EUROPE has developed the C-6700WG, a networking unit that makes all PIXMAs network-ready.

Some PIXMAs feature a built-in networking capability; for all other models there are external networking units available. Simply attach the SILEX networking unit to your PIXMA Photo Printer or Photo All-in-One, run the installation software on your computer and you’re ready to print!

Features of the SILEX C-6700WG - The silex C-6700WG print server is specifically developed and designed to work with Canon printers.
- It provides IEEE 802.11b/g WiFi network printing, scanning, storing and faxing
- Bi-directional communication allows real-time status monitor feedback. (equivalent to when connected via USB.)
- Simple setup with the SILEX supplied software.
- Supported operating systems: Windows XP, 2000, 98/Me and Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Macintosh (contact SILEX for details)
- Wireless Security: The C-6700WG supports WEP, WPA and WPA2 (AES) encryption to secure your data from unauthorised access.
