The PIXMA models on the bottom have been designed to connect to the same Wi-Fi network that PC users in the family home or small office connect to. This means that in addition to accessing the internet from their PC within range of the Wi-Fi transmitter, they can also print from wherever they are.

Printing wirelessly to these PIXMAs offers the same functionality as printing with the USB cable – for ease of use the printer can report its operating status back to your PC.
