Windows 7 compatibility:

Inkjet printer, multifunctional, fax and scanner products:

Canon will support its inkjet printer, multifunctional, fax and scanner products with Windows 7. Canon will be distributing drivers in two ways after Windows 7 is released.

1. The drivers will be available pre-installed in Windows 7 operating system or available for download via Windows Update.

2. The drivers will be available from the Download Centre after the launch of Windows 7.

To find a list of applicable models choose the applicable product group:

• Inkjet fax

• Inkjet multifunctional

• Inkjet printer

• Scanner

Laser printer, multifunctional, fax and personal copier products:

Canon will support its laser printer, multifunctional, fax and personal copier products with Windows 7.

• Laser printer 

• Personal copier 

Digital Compact camera, Digital SLR camera, Digital Video camera, SELPHY products:

Canon will support its Digital Compact camera, Digital SLR camera, Digital Video camera and Selphy products with Windows 7. Canon will be distributing drivers in two ways after Windows 7 is released.

Canon is investigating the compatibility of our Visual Communication Camera products with Microsoft Windows 7. Detailed information will be available shortly after the release of Windows 7.
