FAQ: Unable to Complete Wireless Network Setup (Macintosh)

Solution:


After the any of the following screens is displayed to perform the wireless LAN setting, if you are unable to proceed to the next step as you forget or you do not know the access point name / network name (SSID), or the network key (WEP key / passphrase), you may be able to retrieve the information using the Canon PIXMA Wireless Setup Assistant.


NOTE
The Wireless Setup Assistant is supported on the following operating systems only:
- Mac OS X 10.4 or later

<How to obtain Canon PIXMA Wireless Setup Assistant>
1. Download CanonAPChkTool from the download site.
2. Execute the downloaded file on the computer.

For the usage, refer to the instructions included in CanonAPChkTool.
