FAQ: How do I change the alarm volume on my laserfax L380?

Follow this procedure to change the alarm volume:

  1. Press [Menu].
  2. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Common Settings" is shown on the display.
  3. Press [OK].
  4. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Volume Control" is shown on the display.
  5. Press [OK].
  6. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Alarm Volume" is shown on the display.
  7. Press [OK].
  8. If you like the tone "ON" press [OK]. Next press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key to choose the desired volume level from settings 1, 2 or 3.
    If you like the tone "OFF", press the "Left" or "Right" arrow until "OFF" is shown on the display.
  9. Press [OK].
  10. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.
