In Windows Vista, in the middle of installing or uninstalling ScanGear or CanoScan Toolbox, the User Account Control screen is displayed as an unidentified program.

After the following User Account Control dialog is displayed, click Allow to proceed.



Memo:
If you logon as a standard user, enter the Administrator's password.
According to the software, only the administrator can perform this operation.
