Compact APS Cameras, Compact 35mm Cameras, EOS Cameras, EOS lenses, Digital Cameras, Analogue Camcorders, Digital Camcorders, Binoculars, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners and Bubble Jet printers (excluding A3 and portable) have a Return to Base warranty.

The customer services helpline will advise if any product should be returned to the Canon Service Centre.

We aim to return products within 10 working days of receipt.

Please note: Customers are required to pay the postage when returning products to our Service Centre.

On-site repairs

Next Working Day - A3 and portable Bubble Jet printers, Laser Printers, Facsimile, All-in-Ones and Personal Copiers.

With a 'next business day' response for business products, a Canon technician will be on site the following working day (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and excluding bank holidays).
