This e-service is for Canon UK customers with a toner inclusive contract to order consumables on-line. The ordering process through e-services could not be easier. All that is required is your postcode and machine serial number. You may be asked to provide an up to date meter reading for your machine. Once this is complete your order is fulfilled and sent.

Enter meter readings on-line
With this e-service, customers of Canon UK can enter all their business equipment readings on-line. This ensures customers receive accurate and up to date invoices for their machines, reducing the need for estimated invoices. This service relates to business machines that have a current service contract.

Service request
This e-service is for customers of Canon UK who want to request a service call on-line. This transaction is for Canon business machines that have a current service contract only.
