Photo lab quality prints
A 4800*x1200dpi print resolution is achieved using Canon’s FINE print head which delivers ink droplets as small as 2pl. This produces vibrant colours and sharp details for all your photo prints.

Economical Single Ink system

All ink tanks can be replaced separately, minimising ink wastage and maximising cost effectiveness. LEDs built into the ink tanks flash to give an immediate visual indication if a colour is running low or has run out.

High speed photo printing

Print a photo lab quality 10x15cm borderless photo in approximately 47 seconds in Standard mode*. Enjoy rapid borderless photo printing and copying on formats from a small credit card size right up to A4.

Colour LCD viewer for ease of use

Use the 4.7cm colour LCD viewer to simplify photo printing. View, select and print your photos without switching on your PC. Canon's Photo Index Sheet offers another practical method to select and print photos from memory cards.

Direct camera, card and phone photo printing

Print photos directly from PictBridge compatible cameras, camcorders and memory cards - without connecting to a PC. Or print photos direct from mobile camera phones via the IrDA interface or the optional Bluetooth® Unit.

Two paper trays

Load both photo and plain paper into two separate paper trays. Save time as there’s no need to keep changing paper to suit your needs.

Fast, fine scanning

The built-in scanner has a 1200x2400dpi resolution for crisp and clear colour scans. A USB2.0 Hi-Speed interface speeds up image transfer to your PC.

Canon's ChromaLife100** system delivers beautiful photographs with enhanced durability up to 100 years to preserve your memories. By using the FINE print head, genuine Canon inks and genuine Canon photo papers, the system provides you with long-lasting, beautiful photo prints.

Colour copying perfection

The PIXMA MP510 can be used as a standalone copier, delivering up to 25 copies per minute in mono and up to 17 copies per minute in colour. Dual Colour Gamut Processing Technology ensures faithful reproduction when copying your photos.

Easy-to-use software

Easy-to-use software such as Easy-PhotoPrint and Easy-WebPrint make printing super simple. MP Navigator software provides a user-friendly interface linking all PIXMA functions to your PC.
