Wide-screen viewing with native WXGA resolution
Put this high performance projector in a conference room, classroom or lecture hall and profit from image perfection – thanks to high quality, native WXGA (1280 x 800 pixels) resolution. The capacity to display images in a wide-format ratio of 16:10 makes the LV-8215 fully compatible with wide-screen laptops.

Crisp images, vibrant colours
2600 lumens projection ensures bright images even in well-lit lit environments. The 450:1 contrast ratio delivers crisp, clean images with rich and vibrant colour reproduction.

1.2x wide-angle zoom lens
Project images perfectly in a small space with the versatile LV-8215. Canon’s 1.2x wide-angle zoom lens is able to project large images from a short throw distance – creating a 100” diagonal (215 x 135 cm) image from just 2.9 metres.

Cuts running costs, conserve resources
Cut your running costs and reduce your impact on the environment with this energy efficient projector. In standby mode, energy consumption is just 0.7 watts. There’s an extended lamp life of up to 5,000 hours when operating in Quiet mode. A special carbon meter even displays the CO2 reduction achieved in Quiet mode, when compared to Normal mode operation.

Whisper-quiet performance
Another advantage of Quiet mode is that sound levels are kept down to just 29dBA. There’s no disturbing background noise so your audience can focus fully on the content of your presentation.

Automatic image correction
Auto Keystone Correction automatically corrects the image distortion caused by tilting the projector, within a range of +/- 30 degrees. Screen Colour Compensation offers nine settings, including Whiteboard and Greenboard modes, to ensure correct colour reproduction on all types of surfaces.

Powerful audio output
The 7W output from the projector’s built-in speaker provides clear acoustics in relatively large spaces. A line-out terminal offers audio output to an external amplifier if needed.

Simple set-up
This portable projector is easy to use anywhere, thanks to simple, intuitive set up and a built in carrying handle. Easy lamp replacement from the top of the unit and a dust-proof lens cover ensure minimum maintenance.

Optional network and DVI connections
The projector’s RJ-45 port makes control and monitoring over a network easy. An HDCP-enabled DVI terminal enables sharp reproduction of images from digital sources.
