With its radical styling and innovative technologies, the compact PIXMA iP4000 takes photo quality printing to new levels of perfection. Print stunning borderless photos right up to A4 size. For extra colour depth and contrast, unique ContrastPLUS technology uses an additional dye-based true black ink. Canon's FINE* print head achieves astonishing speed and quality capturing every detail perfectly. Tiny 2pl Micro-Nozzles eject ink with high precision for a maximum 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution.

With the PIXMA iP4000, you don't have to wait around. Super fast FINE technology prints a perfect 4x 6" borderless photo in just 50 seconds. There's also high-speed document printing - at up to 25 ppm in mono and 17 ppm in colour.

Time and money-saving features
This compact printer is packed with a range of advanced features. An integral duplex unit provides two-sided printing to cut paper costs plus you can also print designs directly onto compatible CD or DVD discs. Dual paper trays allow you to load both photo and plain paper, saving you time and effort.

Convenient camera direct printing
Print photos directly from your camera, quickly and easily, without using a computer. The PIXMA iP4000 supports PictBridge, the universal standard for direct photo printing from all compatible digital cameras and camcorders.

Transparent ink tanks for all colours can be replaced individually, reducing your costs significantly. See at a glance when a single tank needs replacing, while an intelligent ink low detection system ensures you don't waste a drop of ink.

Software solutions for added simplicity
Expand your creative horizons with a host of handy software solutions. Format and print Internet pages at the touch of a button using Easy-WebPrint. Easy-PhotoPrint brings the same simplicity to photo printing or use PhotoRecord to create a perfect photo album.
