HOW TO ENTER 1. To receive your ‘Free Saddle Finisher’ participants must purchase a qualifying Canon Colour Multifunctional Device (iRC4080i, iRC4580i or iRC5185i) and Canon’s iW360 software package together.
2. All purchases must be made between the 3rd September and 14th December 2007, from Canon (UK/Ireland) Ltd or one of its Accredited Partners in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
3. This offer applies to purchases of iRC4580i, iRC4080i and the iRC5185i with iW360 only: - Only one claim per purchase may be submitted.
4. Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to withhold the Free Saddle Finisher where an entrant has rejected the equipment purchased which would otherwise entitle the entrant to claim the Free Saddle Finisher, or where the entrant unduly withheld
payment of any invoice.
5. This Free Saddle Finisher cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other Canon promotion.
6. Canon (UK/Ireland) Limited accepts no responsibility for orders not received by the closing date.
7. Canon (UK/Ireland) Ltd reserves the right to amend the promotion in whole or part without prior notice or compensation.
8. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules or on any matter related to the Competition, the decision of the Managing Director of Canon UK & Ireland Ltd is final. ENTRANTS 1. All entrants must be organisations located in the UK / Republic of Ireland.
For the attention of Canon (UK) Ltd or Canon (IRL) Ltd direct customers only: - Due to their status, certain customers of Canon may be excluded from this promotion.
- Therefore, before placing an order with Canon for an iRC4580i, iRC4080i or iRC5185i with iW360, customers must check their eligibility to participate in this promotion with their Canon (UK/Ireland) Ltd sales representative.
2. Employees of Canon (UK) Ltd, or its subsidiary companies, there families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. All entrants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
FREE SADDLE FINISHER 1. A Saddle Finisher will be sent, when the order has been received and verified, to all participants who make a valid purchase in accordance with the details stated above.
2. Free Saddle Finisher is not transferable for cash and no alternative will be offered.
3. In the event that the Saddle Finisher is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative item of equal or greater value.
4. Your normal delivery terms will apply. DISCLAIMERS 1. Canon (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this scheme. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon's
liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon.
2. Canon (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather
conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events, which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. JURISDICTION 1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where any Contract is made in Scotland or the Republic of Ireland, in which case it will be governed by Scottish or
