Prize Draw Entrants 1. This offer is open to all UK residents who purchase a new Canon digital camera or camcorder worth £100 or more between 1st May and 31st July 2008 inclusive in any John Lewis store in the UK
2. The prize draw excludes employees of the Promoters and any other participating company and their agents
3. All entries must be received by 28th August 2008
4. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over
5. By submitting an entry the entrant is deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions
How to Enter
6. Each entrant must submit a fully and correctly completed online application form. The form can be found at www.canon.co.uk/JohnLewis-FortMyersSanibel, alternatively see Clause 8
7. Each entrant must send a copy of their original receipt of purchase attached to a printed copy of the on-line application form to John Lewis Holiday Promotion, Freepost RRRX-UHCE-RSGT, PWA, 9-12 Eastman Way, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HP2 7DU, UK to be eligible to enter the prize draw
8. If the entrant does not have access to internet they can call 0800 180 4095 and they will be able to submit their details for entry via telephone
9. Entrants must include in the application form the specific product serial number of their purchase for their entry to be valid
10. The closing date for receipt of all online application forms and copy of original receipt of purchase is 28th August 2008
11. No responsibility will be accepted for online application forms and copy of original receipt of purchase that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or for those not received by the closing date specified in Clause 3
12. Prize draw entries will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible
13. Only one entry per purchase can be submitted
14. The winner will be drawn at random and notified in writing by 5th September 2008
15. Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right with your prior consent to publish the name, town, county and photographs of the winners or to publicise the prize giving presentation after the date of the promotion
16. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoters control, the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value Holiday Prizes
Entrants who redeem the holiday prizes agree to the following
17. Prizes are for the number of people stated only
18. All accommodation is on a shared basis
19. Room type will be as stated, upgrades will be at the expense of the prizewinner
20. Continental breakfast will be included on a daily basis for each person
21. Transfers to/from hotel and airport will be at the prizewinners own expense
22. State/local taxes are not included
23. Prior reservation is required and voucher reference must be stated when booking hotel accommodation
24. All prizes are subject to availability as certain dates may be unavailable
25. All prizes are non combinable with any other offer, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent
26. All other out of pocket expenses are not included
27. Travel insurance is not included, but is strongly advised
28. If the winner does not choose an accompanying travel partner(s) at the time of booking the remainder of the prize will be forfeited
29. All travellers must travel together
30. Prizewinners are responsible for their own valid passport and any relevant visas and inoculations
31. Prizewinners must present their prize voucher on arrival at the hotel to validate their reservation
32. Prizes must be taken within the validity dates 5th September 2008 to 31st August 2009, subject to availability
33. The Gift Card will only be granted to the one entrant who wins the family prize (2 adults, 2 children – 17 years and under)
34. The Gift Card is non transferable and can only be used to purchase goods or services at multiple merchants located or associated with Miromar shopping centre
35. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit

37. Each VIP pass allows entrance to listed activities for two people. The Lee County representative listed on the VIP pass must be contacted by the prize winner 24 hours prior to visiting the chosen attraction. Fees may be incurred dependent on attraction choice. 38. Flights are return economy with Continental Airlines and are subject to availability at time of booking. Black out dates apply
39. Flights are from Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow and Manchester to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and will require a flight transfer via New York, Newark or Houston – transfer destination to be advised at time of booking. Flights do not include any UK domestic flights
40. Travel insurance, airport taxes and surcharges are not included

49. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting the Promoter’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of the Promoters
50. The Promoters shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure.
