PictBridge is a vendor independent communications standard that allows devices such as cameras and camcorders to connect directly with compatible photo printers in order to produce photographic prints without the need to
first download to a computer. All current model Canon printers and digital camcorders with USB ports support the PictBridge standard. The simple 'Print/Share' button introduced into some camcorder models makes it even easier to generate photo-lab quality
prints. When the camcorder is connected to any compatible printer, the button illuminates to indicate both devices are ready. A simple push on the button begins the print process. back
