Big Ben

Information

Big Ben is one of London’s most famous landmarks and is the name commonly used for the clock tower at England’s Houses of Parliament. The name really only applies to the 13.7 ton bell suspended inside the building though – which is actually called Saint Stephen’s Tower. The bell itself rings every hour, while a smaller set tolls every 15 minutes. It’s the perfect way for Londoners to tell the time.
