Swallowtail Butterfly

Swallowtail Butterfly

Information:

A large yellow butterfly covered in a pattern of black marks and veins, the Swallowtail Butterfly also has a curved band of blue, ending in a red spot and a black tail. It’s one of the largest and most popular butterflies across northern Europe. Its caterpillars try to fool predators by disguising themselves as bird droppings. Who would want to snack on bird droppings?!
