A versatile and affordable direct-to-DVD camcorder, this new model features a powerful optical zoom lens and inherits the DIGIC DV II1 image processor first developed for Canon’s High Definition (HD) flagship, the XL H1. Designed for easy one-handed shooting, Canon’s new Quick Start function powers-up the camcorder almost instantly. An intuitive Joystick is available and offers easy control of a range of shooting options.
