1. This free prize draw is run by Canon (UK) Limited, Woodhatch, Reigate, RH2 8BF (“Canon”) and Condé Nast Publications Limited, Vogue House, Hanover Square, London W1S 1JU (together the “Promoter”).
  2. All entrants (“Participants”) must be UK residents aged 18 or over. 
  3. Employees of the Promoter, their subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter. 
  4. By entering this free prize draw, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions unless notified otherwise in writing.



  1. The free prize draw will be held at Canon UK and will be running from 18th November to 31st December 2019 with the draw taking place on 8th January 2020.   
  2. To be entered into the free prize draw to win 1x EOS RP camera and RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM lens (“the Prize”), entrants must complete and submit a valid entry form via between 18th November to 31st December 2019.  
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Entries received after the close date will not be eligible to be entered into this free prize draw. Canon reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entry forms. 

3.    THE PRIZE 

  1. One winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received. 
  2. The winner will receive 1x EOS RP Camera and RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM lens.
  3. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the prize on offer. In the event that the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Canon reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.  



  1. Using a random number generator, the winner will be selected from all eligible entries and the winner’s name confirmed by Canon.
  2. Canon will contact the winner by Monday 6th January 2020 via the email address submitted on the entry  form in order to notify the winner and to obtain delivery details.
  3. Any rejected or unclaimed prize within 7 days of attempting to make contact by email, mean the original announced winner will forfeit their prize. 
  4. The Prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of Canon.
  5. The Prize will be couriered to the winner by 13th January 2020. 
  6. The Prize is as stated when published.
  7. The Prize is provided to the winner of this free prize draw in good faith by Canon. If a winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, then Canon must be notified as soon as possible.

  1. In exceptional circumstances, the Promoter may void the Prize and/or change other promotional conditions provided that such changes are necessary and can be justified by objective reasons.

    1. We scan through forum activity for keywords to identify users experiencing difficulties with our products and pro-actively support them.

When you use social login, we retrieve basic profile information from your chosen social identity provider for the following purposes:
