As director of IDC's European Imaging Hardware Devices and Document Solutions, Arnaud Gagneux is responsible for research strategy and output, and deliverable quality and timeliness. His core focus is on supporting customers and their business through standard research and consulting engagements.
As Finance Director for Canon EMEA, Ed has a wealth of experience in both the Finance and IT arenas. For the last few years he has focused his attention on Canon working in both the UK and EMEA as Finance Director for emerging markets, forming business relationships across the whole of Canon worldwide.
