At the core of our MPS offering is Fleet Management where we take responsibility for managing the document output fleet against agreed KPIs and managing to SLAs, to deliver and agree the business case. You will no longer need to manage printers, record and report meter readings or waste time ordering consumables. We also provide a service desk for event, incident and problem escalation management, and service request fulfilment for those occasions you need to contact us.
