Canon worked closely with Kepler University to understand the issues faced by its students and as a business. It went on to design and implement a bespoke Managed Print Service (MPS) solution which involved the installation of around 60 multifunctional devices (MFDs) and incorporated 15 existing machines. The new solution revolutionised the university’s print service with more print stations at key locations, advanced functionality and greater reliability.
