  • To register for this discount, please click on the link at the top of this page. You will be asked to fill in your details and submit evidence of your professional membership or qualifying event attendance.

  • Once your discount request has been validated by the team, you will receive a voucher including your unique code. Please note this can take a maximum of 3 working days.

  • You can find a full list of eligible products available above, and included within the terms and conditions.

  • The unique voucher code is only valid for purchases made in-store or over the phone at participating retailers. The code cannot be redeemed online.

  • Your voucher code can be redeemed across all participating retailers. If you decide to purchase multiple products, these do not need to be purchased from the same retailer. Please refer to the list of participating retailers above and within the terms and conditions. Update

  • Voucher codes are valid for a 6 month period after the date of issue.

  • If you can’t find your voucher code you can contact the team at canon@promotion-support.com.

  • Only one voucher code is available during a 6 month period. Once your voucher vode has expired, you are welcome to reapply for a new unique voucher vode but will be requested to supply an updated evidence of professional member status or relevant event attendance.

  • Please contact one of the participating retailers with your unique voucher code and they will be able to advise which products you have purchased, and what remaining value is left on your voucher code before you reach the limit.

  • The professional voucher code is unique and can only be used by the individual to which it has been issued. Once a voucher code has been issued it is not possible to share this code to be used by individuals. Proof of eligible membership or event attendance is r equired when applying.
