How do I buy consumable items?

If you wish to buy Canon ink, toner or cartridges that are outside of those covered in your contract, please call 0844 892 0892.

If you are a business customer with an existing contract, consumables (as specified in your contract) can be ordered and delivered directly to your business address using eServices. Once registered, you can quickly and easily manage account information, submit meter readings and order consumables online.

How do I order consumables for my machine?

You can order consumables online via our eServices site. Registration is quick and easy, and will enable you to manage all your device information and submit meter readings, as well as ordering consumables.

I have a query on a consumable invoice. What should I do?

Please email your query to the Consumable Query team on consumablesqueries@cuk.canon.co.uk quoting your machine's serial number.

I have received consumables I didn't order. How do I return them?

Please contact the Consumable Query team on consumablesqueries@cuk.canon.co.uk quoting your machine's serial number, providing as much information as possible.

Your machine should have a small grey button marked ‘123’. Press this and it will display your serial number.

I have received consumables that I no longer need. Can I return them?

Please email the Consumable Query team on consumablesqueries@cuk.canon.co.uk quoting your machine's serial number and detailing what consumables you need to return and why, and they will be in touch.

Your machine should have a small grey button marked ‘123’. Press this and it will display your serial number.
