Yes, please call on 0844 892 0844 or email contractquery@cuk.canon.co.uk quoting your machine's serial number and we'll be happy to send you a copy.  Please note we can only send copies of contracts which were signed in the last 6 years.

Can I terminate a rental agreement early? If so, how much will it cost?

Yes. The cost will depend on the remaining term on your lease. If you wish to terminate we will require written confirmation for us to terminate the agreement, please email contractquery@cuk.canon.co.uk. How can I find out the impression charges on my machine(s)?

Please refer to your service contract where you will find details of your impression charges.  You can also find your impression charges on your most recent invoice. If you're still unable to find the information, please call 0844 892 0844 or email contractquery@cuk.canon.co.uk quoting your serial number and we'll look into it for you.

I'd like to terminate a service agreement, how do I go about it?

Please send an email enclosing the serial number of the machine and final meter readings to: contractquery@cuk.canon.co.uk. A notice period of 90 days will need to be adhered to.
