How do I purchase a new machine or upgrade my current one?

Give us a call on 0844 892 0844 and we'll be happy to advise you, be sure to have your serial number to hand when you call.

Your machine should have a small grey button marked ‘123’. Press this and it will display your serial number.

How long do you keep my Purchase Order/Client Agreement?

We hold original copies of all Client Agreements and Purchase Orders for 6 years as is legally required.

I've ordered a new machine. How long will it be before it's installed/connected?

If the machine needs to be connected by a Canon technician, this is usually scheduled to take place on the day it's delivered, or the next working day.

If you have received your device and are concerned that a technician has not yet been, please call 0844 892 0844 and be sure to have your serial number to hand.

I've received a letter saying you no longer support my machine, what does this mean?

We continue to support all Canon products for a number of years after production of them stops and for as long as we are able to source spare parts for them.

If you have received notification that we no longer support your machine, this will be because we are no longer making that machine or able to supply spare parts for it.

Give us a call on 0844 892 0800 with your serial number and we'll talk you through your options.

The goods I received were damaged, how long will it take to get replacements?

We take every care to ensure your Canon goods arrive in perfect condition, but should any damage occur, our delivery partner will inform the depot immediately to arrange a replacement. You'll be contacted directly to confirm when this will be.

When will my new Canon device be delivered?

You will be contacted direct by CEVA to arrange a delivery date that's suitable to you.

Under normal circumstances assuming your order items are in stock, we aim to deliver it to you in 18-20 working days.
