New themed learning and resource packages for Essential Business Builder Program

Canon has enhanced its successful Essential Business Builder Program (EBBP) with the introduction of a series of themed workshops and curriculum-based educational packages that focus on digital marketing, business management and planning for change. With a proven track record established over ten years, the EBBP helps Print Service Providers (PSPs) to adapt, diversify and continue to thrive by giving them access to a comprehensive suite of industry-leading guides, local educational workshops and independent consultancy.

New workshops for 2015 include:

  • Digital marketing and how to maximise opportunities across new communications platforms
  • Business management - to identify existing business models and competitor offerings
  • Process management - focused on increasing production efficiencies and highlighting any barriers for growth
  • Planning for change – separate dedicated workshops for both print businesses and in-house print environments

Central to the enhanced EBBP offering is a more tailored approach whereby key themes such as marketing, sales and business evolution are bundled together into learning and development packages. Both the new workshops and the packaged bundles have been developed to reflect market trends and developments, and the syllabus has been designed to give customers the flexibility to join the programme at whatever stage they are in their development journey.

The EBBP has also been extended to offer reading, tools, templates and action plans that complement the workshop-based training. This can be accessed via Canon’s online customer portal, Digital Dimensions.
