Our refurbished products are Canon Europe certified products which were previously used and have undergone a rigorous process and thorough testing at Canon Europe's official repair centre. The shutter count of each refurbished camera cannot be guaranteed. Based on the evaluation criteria of Canon Europe’s official repair centre, refurbished products have parts replaced and adjusted to the factory standard, various functions are inspected to ensure they meet the specifications of a new product.
Our refurbished products come from a variety of sources. These range from customer returns to loan equipment used for shoots. These products are returned to Canon, which enables us to inspect, refurbish, clean and test them before re-selling.
