FAQ: How do I change the keypad volume on my laserfax L380?

Follow this procedure to change the keypad volume:

  1. Press [Menu].
  2. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Common Settings" is shown on the display.
  3. Press [OK].
  4. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Volume Control" is shown on the display.
  5. Press [OK].
    ("Keypad Tone" will now be shown on the display.)
  6. Press [OK].
  7. If you like the tone "ON" press [OK]. Next press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key and choose the desired volume level from settings 1, 2 or 3.
    If you want to set the keypad volume "OFF", press the 'Left" or "Right" arrow key until "OFF" is shown on the display.
  8. Press [OK].
  9. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.
