To get started, submit an application for a Business Account. The process will take approximately 15 minutes and you will need your relevant business documents to hand (please see FAQs below).

Your account will be validated and set-up within 2 business days.

Once validated and set-up, log in to your account using the password reset email we will send to you.

Any individual registered as a business or any company who use Canon equipment. For anyone not eligilble (hobbyists), please consider applying to Canon Club.

Please visit canon.co.uk/business-account and click on "Sign up". The form may take around 15 minutes to complete and it’s mandatory to provide your business documents such as a VAT certificate or another business document.

Yes, Non-VAT registered business entity can register and are required to provide any of these documents: Business invoice (recent up to 3 month) with Business Name and address, or Tax registration certificate, or Sole trader/Self employed registration certificate. The document must clearly display your company name and business address.

As per business compliancy procedures we are required to validate your Canon business account with help of your official VAT registration document.
The reason for this is that you are creating the Business Account with Canon which will give you access to Business exclusive pricing, solutions, and services.
Some of the services that we offer are sold cross-border and therefore we must validate that company is valid for reverse charge VAT principle.
The document we are requesting would not be available publicly, which would protect your company from unauthorised creation of the Business Account. -
For VAT reg business you will need to provide ONE of the following: a Vat certificate with company name and VAT number CLEARLY VISIBLE on the document OR a business invoice with VAT number CLEARLY VISIBLE on the document. For NON-VAT business, please provide ANY of these documents: Business invoice (recent up to 3 month) with Business Name and address, or Tax registration certificate, or Sole trader/Self employed registration certificate. The document must clearly display your company name and business address. If you are concerned about sharing your client's details when sending a business invoice, you can block out their details leaving only your Company Name, Address and VAT number clearly visible to us.
