FAQ: How do I change the volume of the Printing End Tone of my laserfax L380?

Follow this procedure to change the volume of the Printing End tone (Adjusts the volume of the done tone sounded when the machine has finished printing.):

  1. Press [Menu].
  2. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Common Settings" is shown on the display.
  3. Press [OK].
  4. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Volume Control" is shown on the display.
  5. Press [OK].
  6. Press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "Printing End Tone" is shown on the display.
  7. Press [OK].
  8. If you like the tone "ON" press [OK]. Next press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key to choose the desired volume level from settings 1, 2 or 3.
    If you like the tone 'OFF", press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key until "OFF" is shown on the display.
    If you like to hear the tone only when an error occurs, press the "Left" or "Right" arrow until "Error Only" is shown on the display. Next press [OK] and press the "Left" or "Right" arrow key to choose the desired volume level from settings 1, 2 or 3.
  9. Press [OK].
  10. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.
