How do I edit images with PhotoRecord?

Solution

You can resize or rotate an image in the right side of the window.

Move the cursor on to the image or text frame to be changed. An icon will appear at the bottom center of the frame. Click the icon to switch the mode.

  • /Mode toggle switch

    Click this to switch between the Resize and Rotation modes.

  • /Resize Mode

    You can enlarge or reduce an image or frame by dragging the icons displayed at the right and bottom center of the frame.

  • Rotate Mode

    You can rotate an image or frame by dragging the icon displayed at the bottom right corner of the frame in the rotation direction.



Using the Photo Viewer to edit the images in PhotoRecord

Double-click the preview image on the right half of the window to display the image in the viewer.
  • [Clip]

    You can clip only the necessary parts of the image. Place the mouse pointer on the image, and drag the mouse pointer to specify the area to be clipped.

  • [Rotate Left]

    This button rotates the image 90 degrees to the left.

  • [Rotate Right]

    This button rotates the image 90 degrees to the right.

  • [Edit]

    You can start an image editing application and edit the image.

Note:
If you preregister a frequently used image editing application, you can start that application from the editor.
From the [Edit] menu of PhotoRecord, click [Preferences...], and then register the application from the [Preferences] window.
