1.1. This free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is run by Canon Europa N.V., 59 Bovenkerkerweg, 1185 XB, The Netherlands (“Canon”). Any company, any subsidiary, partnership or other entity which from time to time is controlled by or is under common control of Canon hereinafter will be referred to as “Canon Affiliate” and, Canon and Canon Affiliate together will be referred to as "Canon Group".

1.2. All entrants (“Participants”) must be aged eighteen (18) or over and be resident in Austria, Bahrian, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Romania, Saudi Arabia. Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland UAE or the United Kingdom.

1.3. All Participants must be existing members of Canon Club, or new members who register during the Prize Draw registration period as set out below.

1.4. Employees of Canon, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

1.5. By entering this free Prize Draw, all Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Prize Draw unless notified otherwise in writing.

2.1. Participants must follow the steps outlined below during the Registration Period which opens from 00:00 on 4 December 2025 (GMT) and closes at 23:59 on 31 December 2025 (GMT).

2.2. The Prize Draw is open to:

2.2.1. New members who register to join Canon Club during the Registration Period; and

2.2.2. Existing Canon Club members.

2.3. All Participants (both new and existing members) must provide their consent to enter the Prize Draw and accept the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw.

2.4. Existing Canon Club members can consent to enter the Prize Draw either (i) through Canon’s email communication regarding the Prize Draw (which will be sent to their registered Canon Club email addresses); or (ii) directly through Canon Club account https://account.canon.co.uk/s/ The Prize Draw to select winners will take place between 2 January 2026 and 6 January 2026.

2.5. Five winners (each a “Winner”) will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Registration Period that meet the qualifying criteria.

2.6. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries using a random number generator, and their entries will be confirmed by Canon.

2.7. Only one (1) entry per Canon Club member is allowed and each Winner shall only receive one (1) Prize. Please note, this cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

2.8. Entries received after expiry of the Registration Period will not be eligible to be entered into the Prize Draw. Canon reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, invalid, inappropriate or illegible entries.

2.9. If a Participant wishes to (i) withdraw from this Prize Draw; or (ii) withdraw their consent for Canon to use their personal data for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw, they can do so by sending their request in the webform www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer/contact-support/ however they will forfeit their entry to the Prize Draw.

3.1. Entering the Prize Draw gives you a chance to win one of the following prizes (“Prize”):
• First prize: Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Camera + RF 24-105mm F4-7.1 IS STM Len(value approximately at €2,659)
• Second prize: Canon EOS R50v + RF S 14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ Lens (value approximately at €999)
• Third prize: Canon PowerShot V1 (value approximately at €999)
• Forth prize: Canon SELPHY CP1500 (value approximately at €139.99)
• Fifth prize: Canon PIXMA TS7750i (value approximately at €129.99)

3.2. Each of the five (5) Winners will receive one (1) Prize.

3.3. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the Prize on offer.

3.4. If the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Canon reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

4.1. Canon will contact the Winners as soon as practicable after 7 January 2026 the email address submitted during the sign up to Canon Club to obtain details in respect of the Prize.

4.2. If any Prize is rejected or unclaimed by a Winner within seven (7) working days of Canon’s attempt to make contact by email, the original announced Winner will forfeit their Prize.

4.3. The Prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of Canon.

4.4. The Prize is provided to the Winner in good faith by Canon. If a Winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, then Canon must be notified as soon as possible.

4.5. Canon must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Canon will also publish the Winner’s Canon Club forum name on the Canon Club Community website. To comply with this obligation Canon will send the surname and county of the Winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails canonclub@cuk.canon.co.uk or writes to Canon (UK) Limited at its registered office address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 2.1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Canon at canonclub@cuk.canon.co.uk. In such circumstances, Canon must still provide the information and winning entry to the UK Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5.1. Any personal data submitted to Canon will be processed by Canon and its agents or associated group companies solely for the purpose of administering this Canon Club Prize Draw.

5.2. Participants may be contacted by Canon for the purposes of administrating the Canon Club Prize Draw or in the event that Canon wishes to discuss any other use of the information submitted to the Canon Club Prize Draw.

5.3. Participants who have provided consent for their personal data to be used by Canon for the purposes of facilitating this Prize draw, may withdraw such consent using the method listed in clause 2.10. Please note, this will forfeit your entry into this Prize Draw.

5.4. Canon Europa N.V., with an address at 59 Bovenkerkerweg, 1185 XB, The Netherlands is the Data Controller in respect of any personal data supplied by Participants.

5.5. The personal data provided is held securely and may be transferred on a secure server outside the UK and the EEA. For further details on how Participants’ information is protected please see the Canon Consumer Privacy Policy.

6.1. In exceptional circumstances, Canon may void the Prize and/or change other promotional conditions provided that such changes are necessary and can be justified by objective reasons.

6.2. Canon reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any Prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this Canon Club Prize Draw.

6.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon Group’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors.

6.4. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the Canon Club Prize Draw, the decision of the Directors of Canon is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.5. Canon reserves the right to audit any claims to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to request additional information and supporting documents. Canon reserves the right to exclude claims and/or Entrants if it suspects that the promotion is being abused in any way.

6.6. If any part of these conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then such part shall be severed from the remainder of these conditions, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

As you are a participating consumer, laws of your country of residence will apply to this competition, and You may be entitled to bring court proceedings in your own language and in your local courts. A local consumer advice organization will be able to advise you on your rights. These Terms do not restrict any statutory rights that may be applicable.
