This integration not only ensures public security but also creates a profitable revenue stream for businesses, fully secured in the cloud and maintained by our team.

How much IT involvement will this need?
The system is fully installed and managed by us as part of your annual subscription, either across your entire fleet, or on selected Canon devices.

Do I get paid when somebody uses my devices?
Yes – each month we transfer the net revenue to your nominated account.
This is determined by the number of copies / prints / scans – multiplied by the pricing you set minus the transaction fee. -
Are my devices secure?
Yes, the Print in City system is fully segmented – other Print in City users have no access to your jobs, settings, or networks, and your staff can’t access Print in City jobs.

Is there any third-party equipment needed on my site, such as coin boxes, tablets, or release stations?
None at all – the solution is fully self-contained on the Canon device, including reading and accepting the terms and conditions.

What if I need to accept cash at some of my sites?
There is an option to accept cash if you offer that service, with full reconciliation.

Who controls the prices I charge customers?
You have full control of what pricing levels you set for each location.
