Will Perez – filmmaker, photographer, and editor.
At 21, Will dropped out of university to start Behind The Diary with Steven Bartlett, a documentary YouTube series that has grown to over 300,000 subscribers and 10 million views in just 45 episodes.
The series asks a bold question: what if you could watch the next Apple, Meta, or Airbnb being built from day one - every decision, every conversation - not as history, but as it happens? To capture this, Will works alongside Steven every day, following his ventures. Last year alone covering 54 countries in 52 weeks documenting what it truly takes to build a category-defining business.
Will was among the first creators to explore the capabilities of the Canon Cinema EOS C50, pushed boundaries with his distinctive approach, and captured a wide range of environments. Through his compelling series Behind The Diary, he truly put the camera to the test.
