  • What are the changes to CPS?

    Over the years, CPS has proven to be a comprehensive support programme that helps Canon customers keep their equipment on track, and now the programme is evolving into a dedicated resource for professionals and businesses, adding a new range of benefits to the various membership levels. CPS membership is paid annually and offers various tiers for self-employed professionals, small and medium businesses as well as corporate packages for larger businesses. Multiple employees of the same organisation can access and use the benefits and support of Canon Professional Services at the same time.

  • Why is Canon introducing an annual membership fee to CPS?

    Our products are their business tools for a lot of our professional customers. They rely on our gear and many use in harsh conditions - it’s part of their job. Downtime can mean a loss of income for professionals. So, we have decided to refocus CPS to concentrate on these working professionals and businesses, and deliver the service they truly need. We have introduced an annual membership fee that will help us set up a service framework able to deliver a value beyond the cost. The new benefits include yearly allowance for regular service, discount on all repairs, unlimited next business day shipping, business coaching sessions and much more.
    The set of services will appeal to those who need and understand the value of service & support to help them do business.

  • Who is eligible to register?

    Canon Professional Services is open to any individual registered as a business or any company who use Canon equipment for their image creation needs, from professional photographers/videographers to creators and producers to any size of organisation.

  • Why should I sign up?

    We know that for any type of content creation, there’s always the threat of the unexpected. Even with the best preparation, creativity and productivity can sometimes get derailed. Our goal is to keep offering peace of mind, keeping your kit running as it should.

  • How do I register for this? Will my account be rolled over automatically?

    Customers need to create a Canon business account and indicate what products they would like to move to their business account. Once products are moved and points allocated, all applicable membership packages will be available for purchase.

  • If I don’t need / don’t qualify for paid CPS – what should I do?

    For hobbyists and enthusiasts, Canon has launched Canon Club - a community platform for like-minded creatives, where members can learn, explore and get inspiration from fellow Canon enthusiasts whilst accessing exclusive benefits.

  • In which countries will CPS change?
