Seamless design and print: Dessin brings interiors to life

Dessin Design, led by Gábor Sarolta and Judit Boros, is a creative agency with a 15‑member team covering the full visual production chain: from design through printing and installation to project management. Their clients include leading corporations, as well as key players in the cultural sector.

They also offer bespoke solutions for interior designers, architects and visual artists – using premium and sustainable materials with artistic precision.

With their previous eco-solvent and latex machines, it was difficult to maintain accurate sizing between applications, and significant colour variations occurred across different machines. This jeopardised both the customer experience and the quality of the final output. Although their fleet appeared to have sufficient capacity on paper, in practice meeting deadlines for large-volume production required overtime and night shifts. They also faced challenges with maintenance and servicing.

In 2019, they found out about Canon's UVgel technology. It was so convincing that after purchasing the printer, they even changed office. The Canon Colorado series (1650, M-series) and the imagePROGRAF PRO‑6600 brought outstanding quality, speed and creative freedom.

Canon’s official partner Eurojet, together with Canon Hungária specialists, provided support not only in the decision‑making phase but throughout every stage of operation. Their cooperation created a stable and transparent system with optimised software and predictable servicing.
